Annika is a Senior Associate in our corporate group with experience acting for a wide range of clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions (both public and private).

Annika regularly provides support across corporate transactions to clients in a variety of sectors.

Recent notable transactions include acting for: Daisy Group Plc on its recommended £494m takeover by a consortium, NCC Group plc on its €133.25 million acquisition of Fox-IT and related £126 million fundraising, NCC Group on its £55 million acquisition of Accumuli by way of a scheme of arrangement and the shareholders on their £49 million disposal of Fredericks Dairies.

Additionally Annika has undertaken various secondments, including with LateRooms Limited, Flybe Group Plc and NCC Group Plc.
