Valentin is an Associate within our Litigation & Dispute Management team of Eversheds Sutherland, based in Paris.

Valentin specializes in international civil and commercial litigation, handling a wide range of disputes relating to contractual claims, product liability and enforcement of foreign decisions. He also has experience in French Insolvency procedures.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Valentin worked and trained in the Litigation department of several law firms in Paris and within international companies in France and in the United Arab Emirates.

A member of the Paris Bar, he holds a postgraduate degree in Business and Tax Law (Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne), a university diploma in law, management, economics and finance (Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne) and a graduation in Law from the Swansea University (Socrate Law Exchange Program).

Valentin est avocat, collaborateur au sein du département Contentieux et Arbitrage international d’Eversheds Sutherland à Paris.

Valentin intervient en matière de contentieux civils, commerciaux et internationaux traitant d’un large panel de litiges relatifs à des réclamations contractuelles, à la responsabilité du fait des produits ainsi qu’à l'exécution de décisions étrangères. Il dispose également d’une expérience en droit des procédures collectives.

Avant de rejoindre Eversheds Sutherland, Valentin a effectué plusieurs stages au sein des départements contentieux de cabinets d’affaires parisiens et au sein d’entreprises internationales en France et aux Emirats Arabes Unis.

Titulaire d’un Master II en Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité de l’Université Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne, d’un Diplôme Universitaire de Droit, Management, Economie et Finance, Valentin a également étudié à l’Université de Swansea, au Pays de Galles.
