Mark specialises in construction, projects and PPP law. He has acted for developers, employers, banks and contractors in some of the largest and most complex building and engineering projects undertaken in the State. He has also advised on the commercial aspects of many transactions in the telecoms, renewable energy, transport, waste and oil and gas sectors. Mark has been recommended in Chambers Global since 2006 in both Real Estate and Banking and Finance.
Mark's recent experience includes:
- Acting for National Toll Roads in the Waterford N25 PPP (value in excess of €200m)
- Acting for AIB in the financing of the new eircom headquarters (value in excess of €150m)
