Practice notes

Evy Verhaeghe specializes in corporate, M&A and commercial transactions. She has extensive experience in advising companies active in a wide range of industries on M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Evy has worked as a lawyer in the corporate/M&A team of Linklaters LLP and of Quinz and she gained experience as in-house legal counsel in the real estate and sports industry.

Evy holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2001-2006, Magna Cum Laude) and a Complimentary Master’s degree “Master 2 Recherche, Droit de l’Union Européenne” from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2006-2007, Cum Laude).

She is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
