James is a legal director in our corporate group which he joined from a magic circle firm in 2017.

James has extensive corporate transaction and advisory experience. His practice covers public company takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

He has broad sector knowledge and has advised on some of the most complicated and challenging matters in jurisdictions around the world.
