Practice notes

Judith is a senior associate in our Commercial group specializing in technology (or TMT). Judith is regularly called upon by clients to confront their technology and data challenges when implementing new technologies and digital business models. Also, Judith drafts various (IT) contracts and she is a successful litigator. Clients appreciate her determined and no-nonsense approach to resolving legal issues efficiently while providing a strong representation of her clients’ most important technology, privacy, and data security matters.

Judith’s current projects include a litigation on scope creeps during the execution of a contract that failed and a litigation on the use of big data using pseudonymisation and anonymization techniques resulting in leading case law.
