Practice notes

Teresa has taken part in all types of following financing operations, mainly advising financial entities: project financing, especially financing of photovoltaic solar projects and less often of toll roads; asset financing: especially Vessels, both for the part of the actual financing and the structure of the Tax Lease, including the deliveries thereof and leveraged purchases, and Financing against Balance, restructuring and refinancing, as well as the development and preparation of the commercial documentation necessary to carry out the aforementioned financing operations.

Her work includes the negotiation and drafting of financing agreements, and their guarantees: bonds, pledges on shares / participations and on credit rights, mortgages of the corresponding range, requests for authorization (Waivers), renovations of previous contracts. She has also given commercial advice and preparation of complementary documentation in all types of operations.
