Georgina is Diversity & Inclusion Client Engagement and CR Manager in our Human Resources Practice Group in Cardiff, specialising in all aspects of Employment law.

Georgina advises employers in relation to defending tribunal claims relating to all areas of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. She deals with all aspects of the litigation process including drafting defences, preparing disclosure, drafting witness statements, briefing counsel, dealing with applications relating to the postponement of a hearing and preparing applications for witness orders.

Georgina qualified in September 2015, and has acted for clients in a range of ET cases during her career. In addition to her contentious practice, Georgina also gives advice in relation to non-contentious matters such as TUPE, redundancy and discrimination. She has experience in reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, staff policies/handbooks, and advising employers on how to manage long term/persistent absences, and disciplinary and grievance issues.
