Practice notes

Caroline Vos is an associate in our real estate & renewable energy practice group.

She specialises in real estate financing, the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and in advising on project development and the legal structuring of real estate developments.

Caroline has a special interest in projects in the field of renewable energy and has advised on the transfer and financing of several solar parks and networks.

Caroline is a candidate civil-law notary and completed her legal education at Utrecht University and Amsterdam University in 2019. She completed masters in notarial law, civil law and environmental law.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Caroline worked at Houthoff.
