Michelle is a Principal Associate in the Eversheds’ Banking Team. She has a particular focus on, and expertise in, corporate lending.

Michelle also has a comprehensive practice, advising both borrowers and lenders across multiple sectors in a variety of financing transactions including;

  • syndicated and bilateral lending; 
  • corporate lending; 
  • real estate finance; 
  • project finance; 
  • acquisition finance; 
  • bond issues and  
  • private placements.

The majority of the transactions that Michelle is involved in are multi-jurisdictional and cross-disciplinary.
