Graham is a Principal Associate in our Real Estate practice group and is based in our Manchester office.

He advises on all areas of corporate occupier commercial real estate work, with particular focus on investment (notably office, retail, general industrial and transport infrastructure) and non-contentious landlord & tenant matters.

Graham has considerable experience acting for national grocery retailers, including acquisitions, disposals and general portfolio management.

He advises a range of clients from retailers and property companies to funds and public bodies on their asset management and investment needs whilst also has experience providing commercial real estate support on corporate transactions.
