Theo is a Senior Associate in our Corporate group. He has particular experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and indirect real estate.

His recent experience includes acting for:

  • Livingbridge on its buyout of Brainlabs
  • Inflexion on its £25m portfolio bolt-on to support its compliance technology investment
  • Management of My Home Move on its merger with Simplify
  • Kier Property on its sale of Kings House, Hammersmith, to Catalyst Capital for £50 million

Theo has also advised several private equity houses on various portfolio management matters.
