Mark is a principal associate in our real estate group. Mark specialises in all property and property-related finance, portfolio acquisitions, commercial re-development, estate management and particularly on landlord and tenant related transactions. Mark has extensive experience of working for public sector clients including the Department for Transport, the Ministry of Defence, the Highways Agency, Transport for London and the Forestry Commission.

Mark's particular expertise includes advising on Crichel Down issues in relation to the sale of surplus public sector land and also advising on compulsory purchase related transactions.
