Practice notes

Jonathan is a senior associate in our corporate department, specialising in all aspects of corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and corporate restructurings.

His recent experience includes advising funds managed by Elysian Capital on their investment in Brand Addition, acting for Tyman plc on its £51.5 million placing to part fund an acquisition in the US, advising Perwyn LLP on its secondary buyout of Lowe Rental and working with DFS on its acquisition of Sofology.

Jonathan is a member of Eversheds Sutherland’s Northern Private Equity Group and its Consumer sector group.
