Practice notes

Liz is a Principal Associate in our real estate practice group. Liz is experienced in a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, sale and leasebacks, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, refinance and development.

Liz acts for a variety of corporate occupiers, private investors and developers across a variety of sectors but with a particular emphasis on the retail sector.

Liz has also acted for a large hotel operator and recently completed the refinance of five hotels and a 45 property portfolio.

Liz spent two years in house working for Your Housing Group, a 32,000 property Registered Provider where she managed the legal team and delivered the development of 30 grant funded residential sites, a regeneration scheme in Liverpool and a PFI project to build retirement living apartments.

Liz also has extensive prior experience acting for landlord shopping centre clients. This experience has involved working on existing shopping centres, industrial estates and new developments.
