Practice notes

Marian Wieczorke is a Counsel in the Corporate/M&A practice group in our Munich office.

Marian has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in the small-cap and mid-cap sector. His practice also encompasses advising on all matters of corporate law, ranging from corporate governance matters and structuring of joint ventures to corporate restructurings.

Marian primarily advises national and international private equity firms, financial investors, strategic investors, family-owned companies and entrepreneurs on transactions in various industries, with a focus on the IT/software, technology, industrial production, consumer products and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Marian worked for more than ten years in renowned Corporate/M&A practice groups of international law firms, transactional boutique law firms and at a Big Four firm.

Marian's recent experience includes advising:

  • Blue Ocean Capital on the sale of Datacenter One GmbH to the pan-European data centre provider AtlasEdge
  • Founding shareholders on the sale of pro optik Group to Paragon Partners and local partners*
  • HQ Equita and The Packaging Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in WOLF Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH*
  • Alpina Capital Partners LLP on the acquisition of a majority stake in Belgian MES/WMS specialist Objective International NV*
  • Alpina Capital Partners LLP on the acquisition of ORSOFT Group, a provider of software solutions for the healthcare sector*
  • CCNST Group, a fiber-optic network developer and operator, in connection with the investment of British infrastructure fund Infracapital*
  • HQ Equita on the sale of MEN Group, a developer and producer of failure-resistant computers and electronic assemblies, to DBAG Fund VII, advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG*
