Christopher is a partner in our Banking and Finance group, who advises on corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions.

Christopher acts for both borrowers and lenders across the credit spectrum on a wide range of loan financing transactions.

Christopher has extensive experience on complex cross-border corporate acquisition financings, involving public takeovers and private acquisitions. He regularly advises on general corporate financing matters (particularly investment grade and cross-over credit), including bilateral and syndicated term and revolving credit / working capital facilities. Additionally, Christopher has advised on a significant number of sustainability linked (ESG) credit facilities.
