David is an English solicitor based within the Corporate and M&A department of the Madrid office. He is experienced in corporate law and has a wide experience of acquisitions, disposals and private equity work as well as providing general corporate advice.

David spent several years working as a corporate lawyer in England before then spending extended periods of time in both Madrid and Paris. Prior to returning to Madrid, David was working as a Partner in the Paris office of Eversheds where he regularly acted for international clients carrying out cross border M&A transactions.
