Practice notes

Claire is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group, with experience of a broad range of transactional work including private equity, domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A, equity capital markets, and group reorganisations.

Claire has worked as a corporate M&A lawyer since qualifying in 2018, and also has experience of working in the Russian legal market, having undertaken a six-month secondment to Moscow. She regularly advises clients on high-profile transactions and award-winning deals.

Claire's recent experience includes advising:

  • H2 Equity Partners and the management team of Healthcare 21 Group, a market-leading independent healthcare service and distribution business in Ireland and the United Kingdom, on its sale to Swedish MedTech group, AddLife AB
  • Reconomy on its acquisitions of Reverse Logistics Group, a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for returns management and environmental compliance in over 80 countries, ReBOUND (winner of Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2021, “Deal of the Year”) and Advanced Supply Chain Group
  • Livingbridge on its investments into AJM Healthcare and Veramed
  • Kingspan Group plc on their acquisition of Colt Group, a major smoke control and ventilation manufacturing group spanning 45 countries
  • Iron Mountain on the purchase of a document management business with branches across Russia and the CIS from Elbrus Capital
  • a global provider of healthcare services on a series of pharmacy divestment projects
  • the shareholders of Semafone Limited, a leading data security and compliance technology company, on its sale to Livingbridge
  • Wolseley UK on the acquisitions of the Neville Lumb, DHS, Bassets and Ideal Bathrooms businesses

Qualifications and Education
