Rob is a Senior Associate in our Corporate group. He specialises in Corporate transactional work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.

Rob has an honours degree in law from the University of Leeds and completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law with Distinction.
