Practice notes

Sebastian Woschech is Principal Associate in the Real Estate practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He advises leading national and international companies, project developers, retailers and logistics companies, on all aspects of real estate law, in particular in connection with commercial tenancy law and ongoing asset management.

His particular focus is on the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, both on the landlord and tenant side, especially in relation to corporate headquarters, retail units as well as logistics centres. Sebastian represents national as well as international clients in a variety of complex contractual negotiations and regularly also in litigation before German courts. His clients appreciate his pragmatic and strategic approach, which benefits from the combination of excellent legal knowledge with many years of industry expertise.

Sebastian studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where, in addition to his legal studies, he successfully completed a training in economics. He also obtained a Master's degree (LL.M.) in international business law from the University of Birmingham.
