Sebastian is a Principal Associate in our Construction and Real Estate practice groups in Munich.
He advises clients on all questions of real estate law, in particular with respect to lease and residential property law, the structuring of real estate transactions, the legal aspects of building projects and ongoing asset management.
His sector focus is set on corporate leasing with a particular focus on logistics buildings, data centers as well as corporate headquarters. Sebastian represents international and local clients in a multitude of high profile contract negotiations and regularly in proceedings before German courts. His clients value his pragmatic approach combining legal excellence with commercial sense.
Sebastian studied law at the University of Bayreuth where he obtained an additional qualification in business administration. He furthermore obtained a master’s degree (LL.M.) in international commercial law from the University of Birmingham and, prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, worked for international law firms in New York, Frankfurt and Munich.
