Mohamed Yecine is an associate in our Litigation and dispute department.

He has graduated from the University of Social, Political and Legal Science of Tunis and has been admitted to the Tunis Bar Association in 2016.

He handles a broad range of commercial disputes and contractual claims on an international and domestic scale as well as specialising in professional negligence and investigations work.

His recent experience includes dealing with complex contractual disputes, contentious insolvency and arbitration focusing more on industrial property, commercial lease and shareholder disputes. He regularly advices human resources managers seeking specialist advice on social law.
