Practice notes

Woody is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management Group in Hong Kong, with experience in general litigation and advising on general regulatory, competition and trade compliance.

Woody acts for listed companies, regulators, financial institutions, conglomerates, global airlines and multinational companies. His practice includes advising clients on the competition law, trade and sanctions aspects of international corporate transactions and commercial arrangements. He also has broad experience in regulatory and internal investigation, alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery.

Woody is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong. He joined Eversheds Sutherland Hong Kong in 2020 as a trainee solicitor.
