Patrick is an associate in our London banking and finance team having qualified in September 2021.

Patrick graduated from University of Exeter in 2017 and completed his Legal Practice Course (with a Masters in Law, Business and Management) in 2018. He trained at King & Wood Mallesons and qualified into the real estate finance team at Kirkland & Ellis. He is qualified in England & Wales.

Patrick acted for private equity borrowers in relation to logistics assets, PBSA, and residential properties during his tenure at Kirkland & Ellis. He now sits within the banking and finance team at Eversheds Sutherland.

Client experience includes:

  • assisted a UK-based provider of PBSA in a joint venture with a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund in relation to portfolio of PBSA assets in the UK
  • assisted a UK and US-based investment manager in a joint venture with a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund in relation to a portfolio of operational PBSA assets in the UK
  • assisted a Netherlands-based real estate investment and asset management firm in a joint venture with a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund in relation to a portfolio of multifamily residential assets in Finland
  • assisted on an amendment and restatement of a facility for a Singapore-based real estate investment management company in relation to the acquisition of a portfolio of Italian logistics assets, including a parallel facility entered into between an Italian bank and an Italian fund manager
  • assisted a US-based private equity firm in relation to a portfolio of properties located in the UK, including an amendment and restatement of the facility in relation to an accordion facility
  • assisted on a multicurrency facility for a Singapore-based real estate investment management company in relation to a portfolio of logistics assets located in the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands, including an amendment and restatement of the facility in relation to a multicurrency accordion
