Practice notes

Adnan is a senior associate in our litigation and dispute management group. He specializes in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious commercial disputes and contractual claims as well as in professional negligence and investigations work.

Adnan’s recent experience includes advising on employment, franchising and distribution arrangements, a plethora of commercial agreements, real estate, intellectual property infringement, commercial agencies, and construction of agreements and disputes. Adnan also attends court hearings, arbitration hearings and works on a broad range of negotiation matters.

Adnan obtained his LLB from Mutah University Amman Jordan. He is fluent in both Arabic and English. Adnan is a member of the Jordan Bar Association.
