Nadia is an Associate in Eversheds Romania with a focus on Commercial, Employment & Immigration law. She advises primarily on issues arising at each stage of employment relationships, starting from day-to-day employment challenges, individual employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements, internal regulations, employees’ benefits. As well, Nadia advises on projects in relation to wrongful or unfair dismissal, management and employment agreements and other similar matters.

Nadia also assists various client on immigration related matters.

She regularly acts on corporate and commercial aspects including incorporation of companies, restructuring of companies, as well as questions regarding corporate governance.

Nadia is a member of Bucharest Bar Association and graduated from the Faculty of Law within University of Bucharest and also the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies.
