Hayley is a Financial Services, Disputes & Investions Senior Associate who has worked at the firm since 2015.
She has a wealth of experience helping clients manage large portfolios of litigation, particularly relating to unfair relationship claims.
Hayley also helps businesses with complaints handling, handles pensions litigation disputes and other disputes on behalf of financial services clients. She also helps clients with large-scale investigations.
Hayley also advises financial services clients on a broad range of commercial disputes and regulatory issues.
Hayley’s experience includes:
- managing a large portfolio of non-disclosure of loan commission and unfair charges claims
- dealing with complaints for financial institutions
- assisting with pensions litigation disputes
- assisting with large investigations, such as an investigation into a bank’s historic charging practices
- conducting defendant PPI work and providing strategic advice in respect of the same
