Hannah is a senior associate in our Real Estate team in Belfast.

She has worked as a dedicated real estate solicitor since qualifying in 2016 and joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2020 as a associate in our Real Estate team.

Hannah has extensive experience acting in a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including: acquisition, disposal and management of Northern Irish property; site assembly; development and financing; negotiating complex real estate transactions and commercial lease deals for Landlords and tenants as well as various banking and corporate-led projects. Hannah regularly supports in the real estate elements of corporate and banking deals.

Hannah's recent exerience includes;

  • advising New Look Retailers Limited on the acquisition, development and management of their Northern Ireland real estate, portfolio including post CVA restructuring advice.
  • advising Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Limited on the acquisition and development of new stores across Northern Ireland as well as ongoing asset management of their Northern Irish portfolio.
  • advising McDonalds Restaurants Limited on the freehold acquisition of a number of their existing leasehold premises in Northern Ireland.
  • advising OSix Real Estate Finance LLP on the Northern Irish aspects of the provision of a £42 million acquisition finance to a borrower for the purchase of two major Northern Irish retail parks.
  • advising Starwood (US Debit Fund) on the real estate elements of a £13 million acquisition facility to a borrower for the purchase of an office and hotel building in Belfast City Centre.
  • advising Choice Housing Ireland Limited in an acquisition of design and build sites across Northern Ireland including their largest-to-date social housing project to provide 146 units with a development value of over £20 million.
  • advising Wolseley UK Limited on the corporate and real estate elements of acquisition of a major Northern Irish plumbing and heating merchant.

She was noted by Chambers and Partners UK 2022 and 2023 as an Associate to Watch.
