He also provides support to boards of directors of regulated and non-regulated entities, public and private companies and government agencies on corporate governance best practice relating to corporate governance codes and administers board and shareholder meetings. Liam also assists with formal and informal reviews of board and chairperson effectiveness, skills matrices and board composition and contributes to anti-money laundering training for boards of regulated investment funds.

Liam recognises that company secretarial solutions are not one size fits all and works with clients to ensure they are provided with the best possible services that are fit for purpose for both now and into the future. Clients with whom he engages will be provided with comprehensive consultation and quick and efficient solutions to any issues or complications as they may arise.
