Practice notes

Ellie Brown is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. Ellie qualified in 2012 and specialises in complex multi-day litigation within the Employment Tribunal and Higher Courts as well as advising on a broad range of HR and ER issues including senior exits and strategic workforce planning.

Ellie regularly acts for businesses in relation to complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases and has recently completed litigation in the Court of Appeal for a large healthcare and life sciences organisation.

Ellie also provides day to day support to a range of clients on matters such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance and absence management, reorganisation, restructuring and TUPE as well as the negotiation of senior exits.
