Orlagh is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Department.

She practises in all aspects of commercial property and advises domesitc and international clients on the acquisition, disposal, financing and leasing of various types of commercial properties including offices, mixed commercial and residential developments, industrial sites and retail premises.

Orlagh has experience advising on complex commercial leasing transactions for both landlords and leading retailers. She also works closely with our corporate and finance teams on commercial property related transactions.

Her recent experience includes:

  • advising the Fraser Group on the launch of "Project Ireland" which included negotiation of 4 anchor store lease deals for its "Frasers" and "Flannels" brands in Ireland.
  • advising McDonald's on acquisition, leasing and estate management issues in Ireland, including grant of three new lease deals at motorway service stations on M6, M9 and M11.
  • advising a number of large retailers on their property portfolios in Ireland.
  • advising high profile developers on asset management and landlord and tenant related matters.
  • advising Allied Irish Banks plc on the financing of student accommodation schemes in Dublin city centre.
  • advising pillar banks on real estate finance transactions including social housing.
  • acting for a numner of developers on the acquisition and sale of investment assets.
