As a client adviser, Patricia has significant experience of public sector pension schemes such as LGPS, NHSPS and TPS, including advising on issues such as outsourcing contracts, PPP/PFI projects, housing stock transfers and academy conversions.

In the private sector, she advises on a wide range of areas, including scheme winding-up, bulk buyouts, scheme funding, trustees' powers and duties, changes to benefit structures, discrimination and pensions issues on TUPE transfers. She also has considerable experience of industry-wide schemes such as the Social Housing Pension Scheme.
