Crystal is a Senior Associate in our corporate group. She specialises in corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings and pre-IPO financings. She also advises listed companies on commercial transactions involving compliance issues with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Crystal practiced law with another leading international law firm in Hong Kong. She is qualified to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong, and speaks fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
