Practice notes

Jonathan is a senior associate in our Corporate department.

He has vast recent experience in high value corporate M&A work that involved large due diligence exercises and required specialist project management skills. Jonathan regularly advises clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance (both public and private), commercial agreements and general company law queries.

His recent experience includes;

  • advising STAR Capital Partnership in relation to its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Irish airline, ASL Aviation Holdings DAC.
  • advising minority shareholder in eShopWorld (one of Ireland's fastest growing companies) on the sale of its shares to the majority shareholder and pre-sale restructure, including corporate governance advice.
  • advising Fortus on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Re:Sure Intelligence Limited, including pre-acquisition structural advices and legal due diligence regarding the target company.
  • advising the shareholders of Anam Technologies Limited on the sale of their shares to Infobip, including pre-sale structural advices and responding to Infobip's legal due diligence queries.
  • advising Fortus on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Enterprise Security group, including pre-acquisition structural advices and legal due diligence regarding the target group.
  • advising Wienerberger AG on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Cork Plastics Group, including pre-acquisition structural advices and legal due diligence regarding the target group.
  • associate solicitor on lead corporate team advising Profitero in relation to Series B Investment round, incl. structural advices, shareholders agreement, constitution and the exit of existing investors.
