Marco Ferme is a Partner at the firm's Munich office and a member of the Employment and Labor Law practice group. 

He provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on all employment and labor law questions. Marco advises companies from all sectors, in particular the automotive, metal and electrical industry, as well as the chemical and health sectors. He focuses on providing legal support to companies with respect to restructurings and collective bargaining negotiations and in particular on drafting collective agreements.

During his studies, Marco worked as a research assistant at the University of Regensburg. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked in the labor and employment law practice group of Beiten Burkhardt for 15 years.

Marco's recent experience includes:

  • advising an industrial production company, operating throughout Europe, on reorganizational matters (staff reductions) as well as providing continuous employment and labor law advice
  • advising another global industrial production company on group-wide spin-off and merger processes as well as providing continuous employment and labor law advice
  • providing another global industrial production company with continuous employment and labor law advice
  • implementation of a restructuring measure including staff reductions at an internationally operating company from the automotive sector
  • providing advice to various companies on issues regarding industrial action law
  • providing advice to an internationally operating company from the IT sector on IT employment law and employee data protection
