Susannah is responsible for precedent management (including precedent automation), knowledge sharing and training for our Banking team.
She is the Legal Director for our Banking team, working with our Restructuring and Insolvency PSL to support the wider Finance team. As the team's PSL, she leads on precedent management (i.e., our template documents), knowledge sharing and training.
Precedents: Susannah works closely with our Legal Technologists on the automation of our template documents.
Knowledge: In addition to briefing the team internally, she produces content for our website and social media accounts, with a particular focus recently on LIBOR transition.
Training: The PSLs organize an extensive internal training program for our lawyers. Susannah also regularly delivers training to clients on a variety of legal topics such as LIBOR transition and ESG and sustainable finance.
Before becoming a PSL, Susannah was a senior transactional lawyer on the Banking team. She has been at the firm since joining as a trainee in 2005.
