Practice notes

Oliver is an associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group. He handles a broad range of financial services disputes and claims as well as specialising in asset finance and satisfactory quality disputes.

His recent experience includes: assisting in the management of a portfolio of claims for a large multi-national Bank; advising an Invoice Finance company in relation to a multi-million pound civil fraud matter; and assisting in defending a big four accountancy firm in a multi-million pound action for professional negligence.

He has written articles on the Government’s breathing space regime and the FCA’s approach to vulnerable customers for multiple magazines and has delivered training for key clients on the court process and the Disclosure Pilot Scheme.
