Mared is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, advising on employment and pension issues. She trained with the firm and since qualifying in September 2017 she has advised on a broad range of contentious employment issues and non-contentious employment and pension issues.
Mared’s contentious experience includes representing a range of clients on a variety of unfair, wrongful dismissal and discrimination claims.
With respect to non-contentious employment work, Mared has advised a number of private and public sector clients on TUPE. She has also advised clients in respect of issue such as managing long term sickness absence and discrimination. She also advises on automatic enrolment compliance. Mared has also drafted deeds of amendment and governance documentation for pension schemes and advises on member benefit issues.
