“Danny - many thanks to you and your team for delivering this transaction. You really delivered for us. Really appreciate all your efforts.”

Mohsin Issa - £1.3bn institutional buy out of Euro Garages by TDR Capital

“Eversheds assisted us through the entire deal process: from the very beginning until the day of closing. It was a very efficient and smooth process. We have a close relationship with Daniel Hall. He negotiates very well. The deputy CEO really enjoys working with Daniel and he trusts him.”

Dominique Cullen - General Counsel – £25m sale of Explore Holidays to Hotelplan (UK Group) Limited

“With time to reflect now, I would like to let you know that without your involvement Danny, I doubt that the deal would have completed. You were able to bring together the varying ideas of a nervous purchaser, Dickson Minto, the sellers, management, PwC, Cobbetts, Deloitte and Grant Thornton and end up with solution that worked to my advantage (wherever possible) and to everybody else’s satisfaction. That takes some doing. Thank you.”

Simon Clarke – Universal Utilities plc - £130m sale to Vitruvian Partners
