Practice notes

David is an Associate in our Construction and Projects Group specialising in construction, development and infrastructure law.

He has experience of advising on various forms of construction and engineering contracts including RIAI, JCT, FIDIC, NEC and MF1. He also provides clients with strategic advice on delay and disruption claims arising out of construction contracts.

David has been published in Irish Construction Industry Magazine and has previously been admitted as an Associate in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has a diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
