Matt is a partner in our corporate practice. He advises corporates, sponsors, state-owned entities, lenders, infrastructure funds and export credit agencies in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on project development, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private equity, project finance and venture capital funding. Matt regularly advises clients across the infrastructure and power sectors, with a particular focus in clean energy and nuclear (both on conventional and small modular reactor projects) in both developed and emerging markets.

Matt advises clients on the project development and financing and secondary market M&A in relation to wind, solar, battery storage, electricity transmission and hydrogen projects. He also advises on the development of all aspects of new nuclear power programs including nuclear reactor vendor selection, engineering procurement and construction contracts, power purchase agreements as well as on transactions for the trading of fuel, equipment and services for nuclear power plants.
