Sahina is a principal associate in our real estate practice group. She specialises in development work, acting for commercial and residential property developers. She also acts for investors and occupiers on an extensive range of commercial and residential property issues including acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and all related landlord and tenant matters.

Sahina’s recent experience includes:

  • Acting for a residential developer on mixed use (PRS and retail) development schemes using the forward funding model.
  • Acting for a pension fund on the forward funding of various retail parks and office/industrial space.
  • Acting for a pension fund in relation to the sale of a £65 million multi-let industrial estate in East Grinstead.
  • Acting for a care home operator in relation to the sale and leaseback of a luxury care home in London.
