Practice notes

Hannah is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Hannah advises a range of public and private sector organisations, with a particular exposure to the Higher Education sector, on issues such as redundancy; employee severance, including departures of senior personnel; discrimination; capability and performance; unfair dismissal; and breach of contract claims.

Hannah will also shortly be providing assistance to clients with complex and high-value employment tribunal claims.

Hannah is a member of Eversheds Sutherland’s Education team and, in that sector, advises Higher and Further Education institutions on day-to-day employment law matters, as well as more complex strategic projects including large restructuring projects, changes to employee terms and conditions; management of complex employee relations issues; and responding to reputationally-sensitive matters.

Before joining Human Resources Practice Group, Hannah was an Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team and has 6 years’ post qualification experience of civil court litigation (County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, including Judicial Review and Procurement claims).
