Practice notes

Natalie is an associate in our corporate practice and advises on all aspects of company law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations.

Natalie advises a variety of private and public sector clients and has particular expertise in acting for businesses operating in the clean energy sector, having, prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, spent 12 months on secondment with a UK developer that specialises in the delivery of clean energy projects across the UK and Europe.

Natalie’s recent experience includes:-

  • • Advising on a joint venture between one of the UK’s largest social housing providers and a leading UK property developer.
  • Advising a not for profit organisation on the disposal a number of its trading divisions.
  • Advising on a joint venture between a wind farm developer and a large international investor.
  • Acting for developers of wind (single turbine ventures through to multi turbine wind farms), biomass, and waste to energy projects in the UK from inception of the projects through to financing;
  • Advising on the disposal of three 40MW biomass power stations;
  • Advising on the disposal of a portfolio of 13 operating wind turbine projects.

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in October 2012 and prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, trained and subsequently worked as an associate in a leading regional practice
