Kinga Kapczyńska is a lawyer in the Public Contracts team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
She supports contracting authorities in preparing and conducting public procurement proceedings, as well as contractors seeking to obtain contracts. She has many years of experience working at an international law firm, where she supported the team in numerous public procurement projects for Polish and international entities.
Kinga gained experience in providing legal services in the field of public procurement law by participating in the preparation and execution of public works procurement proceedings, as well as providing legal assistance to contractors in public procurement of strategic importance, related to the operation of the electric power system.
