Harshita is an associate in our corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and project development aspects of energy and infrastructure projects.

She has advised project companies, developers, bidders and investors in a wide range of power and renewable energy projects.

Harshita has previously worked with Jones Day and leading Indian law firms for more than 4 years.
Recent matters include acting for a leading multinational investment bank in acquisition of one of the largest waste management company of Ireland and other potential investments in clean energy domain; for an American cloud communications platform with active operations in South-East Asia.
