Dirk Kramer is a Counsel in the M&A and Private Equity practice group in our Munich office.

His area of advice covers all aspects of German corporate law, with a special focus on private equity transactions, company mergers and joint ventures.

Dirk regularly publishes contributions in professional magazines.

He studied law in Münster and Vina del Mar (Chile) and obtained a Master of Laws in Bristol (England). Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2017, Dirk worked for another international law firm.

Dirk’s recent experience includes advising:

  • a private equity investor regarding the intended acquisition of Osram’s lamp business
  • Bain Capital regarding the acquisition of Wittur Group
  • PSAV regarding the acquisition of KFP Group
  • Intermediate Capital Group regarding the acquisition of a stake in Minimax Viking Group

  • Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan regarding the acquisition of Bridon Limited
  • Golden Gate Capital regarding the sale of Lantiq Group to Intel
