Practice notes

Heather is primarily responsible for coordinating compliance matters in Western Europe, including the implementation of projects across jurisdictions. She is currently managing several international clients as their day-to-day contact, and works as a central point of contact to ensure their business needs are met. She is currently Project Manager for a multi-national specialty chemicals corporation, and also looks after a large international travel and meetings program management company.

Her recent experience includes:

Coordinating large-scale director changes across EMEA, LatAm and APAC regions;

Managing the incorporation of branches cross-jurisdictionally for a UK plc; and

Overseeing the rationalisation of entities following the acquisition of a major competitor.

She holds BA and MRes degrees in English, and has published several articles in academic journals and on websites. Heather regularly speaks at external events, and is actively involved in promoting disability rights both in and outside of the workplace. She is the Manchester office Ability Ambassador, a network that aims to support Eversheds Sutherland’s disabled colleagues and carers, and she has recently been selected as one of the Shaw Trust’s Power 100 List, a publication celebrating Britain’s most influential disabled people in 2018.

Heather is also the Manchester office representative for the firm's LGBT+ network, Perspective.
