Radek Matouš is an attorney-at-law specializing in all fields of individual and collective labour law.
In addition to his labor law agenda, Radek is also involved in personal data protection, commercial law, and competition law. Radek also publishes professional articles and lectures to clients and the professional public in his areas of specialization. Since 2021, he has been the leader of our labor law team.
Radek has been cooperating with our law firm since 2015. Prior to that, he worked as the head of the labor law and personal data protection group at the law firm Balcar Polanský Eversheds in Prague.
- Leading player in the beauty and perfume industry – advising its Czech and Slovak subsidiaries on implementation of structural changes in its CEE structure including advice on collective redundancies, information and consultation procedures, employment termination documentation and ARD/TUPE type transfers.

- Advising an U.S. global clothing company on implementation of global code of conduct, operation of ethics hotline, employment documentation, employee data protection as well as various day-to day employment matters connected with the operation of its Czech stores.

Radek graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and also studied international trade at the University of Economics in Prague.
He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
