Practice notes

Anjali is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. Anjali joined Eversheds Sutherland when she qualified as a solicitor in August 2018, and advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.

Anjali’s contentious experience includes representing clients across a range of business sectors on a variety of claims, including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination matters.

In addition to contentious matters, Anjali has experience of drafting and reviewing employment documentation, negotiating settlement agreements and providing support on corporate transactions, including in relation to the implications of the TUPE regulations.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Anjali was on secondment for three years to a non-departmental public body as a lead procurement adviser where she advised on commercial matters, including procurement strategy development, and was involved in managing high value contracts and framework agreements. She later joined its in-house legal services department, where she was involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including employment, environmental and planning law, as well as judicial review cases.
